Do You Know this Fantasia?

Terry and Heidi Kotas of Cetus hull # 71 provided an issue of 48 North with this Fantasia on the cover. The artist was contacted only to find that the water color was not commissioned by the boat owner. It was painted from a photograph taken by the artist himself.
